Brief delay in outbound mail to large providers

A reputation throttle from a major provider caused outbound queue lengths to grow to 4–8 minutes for 28 minutes. No mail was lost. Resolved.

Webmail intermittent 502s

A bad deploy of the webmail proxy returned 502 for ~22% of requests for 23 minutes. IMAP/SMTP unaffected. Rolled back. Resolved.

A spam attack against a single high-volume customer caused queue saturation. Most mail was delivered within 30 minutes; the worst-affected messages took 47 minutes. Resolved. Rate-limiting per-mailbox has been adjusted.
